About Sadhana

People often have to move between many websites, videos and search results just to find the words of one devotional song, with advertisements and pop-ups along the way. Sadhana is a quiet library made so that you can find the song, read it comfortably and carry on with your practice.

Less searching. Less distraction. More Sadhana.

Our promise

• Free for everyone. This is not a commercial site.
• No advertisements, no pop-ups, no autoplay audio or video, no tracking.
• Fast on a basic phone and a slow connection.

How we keep the texts accurate

We do not write or reconstruct traditional lyrics, mantras or Vedic verses from memory. Every text is entered from a reliable source and checked before publication, and each page says where its text comes from.

• Verified text has been checked against a reliable source.
• Unverified and community-submitted texts are labelled on the page so you can judge for yourself.
• Modern compositions and recordings are included only with respect for their copyright and attribution.

Corrections

If you find a mistake in a text, please tell us. We will check it against the source and correct it.

Sadhana is offered by Rishipath International Foundation.
